Paper and Burlap Sculpture, detail.
One of seven heads cast in paper pulp from a soft water-soluable mold. The heads were later attached to bodies and along with a “creche” structure were embedded in a hillside for a show in Up-State New York. My friend the artist Jackie Skrzyinski invited me to participate in the show which she co-curated with Robert Modafferi.
